Training a Dynamite Sales Team

Salespeople are my favorite clients. Not only are they generally personable and empathetic, but the best ones are also constantly working to improve themselves. What other career gives you the ability to make an income directly commensurate to your skills and abilities?? As with any other aspect of business or life, what goes up will generally come down. So it is in the art of selling.
In order to train a sales pro or team there are several key psychological aspects to consider. The very personality traits that make a great sales person are the same ones that can bring them done and put them into a major slump.
It is vitally important for the sales professional to have a strong level of EQ or Emotional Intelligence. As Daniel Goleman points out in his book “Emotional Intelligence” the EQ is usually more important than IQ when determining how successful someone will be in life and business.
EQ training is helpful in 3 ways.
1. Becoming conscious of negative emotional states.
2. Getting control over unhelpful emotions and increasing emotional resilience.
3. Recognizing others’ emotional states in order to improve communication and build relationships.
A positive mental attitude for the sales professional can make all the difference between average performance and someone who breaks all the records. The best and fastest way to change your emotional intelligence is by connecting to the subconscious. The subconscious mind is the seat of the emotions and that’s where great selling comes from, but its’ also where fear’s reside. Fears of failure, rejection and the inability to present to a group are crippling to the sales person, The best sales people are the ones who are working on themselves through focused visualization, positive goal setting and finding ways to alleviate fears/emotional blocks and build unstoppable self confidence.
A sales training that only includes sales techniques falls well below the mark. By including EQ training and self improvement techniques you can build not only a dynamite sales team but a happy, well adjusted peak performing sales person as well.
I utilize NLP, coaching and hypnotic’s to help my sales clients overcome fears and develop high levels of confidence. To find out more about a sales performance package call Inga at 770-560-4861.

Anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, oh my!!

Anxiety is a growing problem today. Nearly everyone I see has some anxiety or fear. The reasons for these fears are too numerous to begin to cover here. Some fears are very real and others are totally irrational. The first step to getting rid of a fear is to discover if it is an actual fear or an anxiety or irrational fear/phobia. It’s important to have fear. It protects us from danger. It is an instinct. The problems begin when we attach the same fearful feeling we might have to being attacked, to somthing as mundane as leaving the house.
The key to changing and alleviating fear and anxiety lies in the subconscious mind. By connecting to the seat of the emotions and changing the internal perception you change the feeling. Hypnosis and NLP are incredibly powerful techniques to make these changes.

Weight loss hypnosis

I am an expert in the use of hypnosis for weight control. Most people don't eat because they are attempting to give their body nutrition. They eat for numerous other reasons and until they become aware and conscious of the reasons that they eat, they will not be able to gain control.
Hypnosis works for weight loss because:
  • creates conscious eating
  • alleviate the emotional reasons.
  • reduces stress
  • assists in installing better self talk/habits
  • releases old beliefs

I am currently seeing clients individually and in groups for hypnotic weight loss.

Hypnosis and weight control

I utilize hypnosis and NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) when working with my weight control clients. I am conducting a series of weight loss group hypnosis sessions in Atlanta, GA.

We meet twice a month and have a full hypnosis session, just like the ones I have with my private session clients.

The next session is February 26th.

Your Mind and your Weight

As anyone who has dieted knows, diets don't work long term. There are literally hundreds perhaps even thousands of diets. Many of these diets offer magical results. Five and more pounds per week of weight loss is an unrealistic and in most cases an unhealthy, unsustainable amount of weight to lose.
The real goal is not just to lose the weight, it is to change how you think about food and the reasons behind any negative behavior or thought about food and yourself. Unhealthy negative behaviors are the result of lifelong programming. Until denial is overcome and the emotional pain is conquered no diet will be a permanent fix. In fact if you have a problem and do nothing about it, it most certainly will become worse due to the programming effect of repetition.

Change your thinking change your life!

Anyone who has read or seen "The Secret" has now become more aware of this fact. So how does the average person go about changing their thinking? Obviously it would be nearly impossible to do this consciously.
The best ways to connect to the subconscious is by using the imagination. By creating an internal representation of the change you want to have in your life, visualizing it, verbalizing it and repeating it often, you will change your thoughts and beliefs about the object of your desire. You'll go from " I wish I could" to "I can"!
I see this happen with my clients everyday. Usually we start to make any change in behavior by first letting go of the past. Negative thoughts/beliefs, behaviors and habits are the first things to go. We are then free to create and integrate new more positive ways of thinking and behaving. This creates incredible energy for change.
